Product Introduction:

Kaiyue Intelligent Electromagnetic Flowmeter is a high-stability, high-precision intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter developed based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and weighted function magnetic field distribution technology. It is used to measure the flow of conductive liquids with an electrical conductivity greater than 5 μs/cm. Utilizing low-frequency rectangular wave excitation and intelligent converter technology, it offers excellent zero-point stability, with accuracy levels of 0.5% and 0.2%, and repeatability of 0.25%. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter employs a 4-8 multi-electrode structure, further ensuring measurement accuracy and eliminating the need for grounding rings at any time, thereby reducing the instrument's size and simplifying installation and maintenance.

Application Industries:

Suitable for flow measurement of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines, such as clean water, wastewater, various acids, alkalis, salt solutions, mud, ore slurry, paper pulp, and food-related liquids. Widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, water treatment, chemical industry, light industry, textiles, electric power, and mining industries.

lExtremely large range ratio, up to 100:1, capable of measuring fluid flow rates ranging from 0.3 to 12 m/s (extended range 0.1 to 15 m/s);

lCapable of measuring dirty media, corrosive media, and suspended liquid-solid two-phase media. The flow tube has no components obstructing fluid flow; only the electrodes and lining are in contact with the fluid, preventing clogging and adhesion;

lNo additional pressure loss or energy consumption;

lNo mechanical inertia, highly responsive, capable of measuring instantaneous pulsating flow and bidirectional flow;

lUnaffected by changes in temperature, viscosity, density, or electrical conductivity (within a certain range) during measurement, ensuring stable measurement;

lConverter features LCD display, menu settings via buttons, standard output signal is frequency signal, with optional 4–20mA, HART protocol, or MODBUS protocol communication;

lConverter circuit includes lightning protection components, suitable for outdoor installation and use.
